Just a small town girl inspired by big city lights, Ali moved to New York after graduating from Auburn University and spent several years working in the television industry (Martha Stewart, ABC and MTV Networks programs) before relocating to the metro-Atlanta area. In love with one man (John), her Shih Tzu (Jack), and hundreds of pairs of shoes, every day is filled with excitement.

Ali believes a girl must look her best, for she never knows who she’ll meet. As she learned from her grandmother, a fine pair of heels, a great bag, pretty hair and a little lipstick cover up a ten dollar dress and a multitude of sins. These lessons are simply essential to being a modern & savvy girl.

Ali currently works in healthcare administration, runs her company Fancy Pants, blogs about the things she loves, and contributes to Northwest Georgia Living Magazine with her fashion column Everyday Runway. She’s an active community volunteer with numerous civic organizations – Rome Rotary (Paul Harris Fellow), Rome International Film Festival (past-president), Rome Area History Museum (past-president), Berry College Center for Integrity in Leadership Mentor & Communities in Schools Mentor. Ali was the recipient of the 2015 Young Heart of the Community Award, and she and her husband John are in the 2015 Leadership Georgia class. Sometimes, she sleeps – most days she relies on caffeine and under eye brightener.
